Binance Card is Binance’s crypto-funded payment card. The Visa program for EEA and UK users ended in December 2023 — Binance Card is not available in those markets today. Outside Europe, Binance runs a Mastercard program verified for selected markets such as Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Peru and others. Eligibility, fees and supported assets still depend on your region; confirm in the Binance app before applying.

EEA and UK availability
Binance Card is not available in the EEA or the UK. The Visa EEA card program ended in December 2023. Residents who need stablecoin spend in Europe should look at EEA-eligible products such as RedotPay, Bybit EU or Wirex instead.

Binance Card remains relevant only where the Mastercard program is live. It is not an option for EEA or UK residents after the Visa exit. For European USDT/USDC daily spend, RedotPay is the clearer comparison — confirm Binance Card status in-app if you are outside those regions.
