Crypto.com EU Card is a tiered prepaid Visa program for European Economic Area residents. Fees, ATM free allowances and FX rules depend on your card tier (Midnight through Obsidian). Crypto top-up is supported; eligible assets are shown dynamically in Card → Top Up in the app.

Tier model
Unlike flat-fee crypto cards, Crypto.com EU uses Level Up tiers. Midnight is entry-level; Ruby, Jade and Obsidian unlock higher ATM allowances and more favorable FX on foreign spend. Stake or subscription requirements apply on higher tiers.
Crypto top-up (dynamic assets)
Official card documentation states you can fund the card with cryptocurrency and that the eligible asset list is displayed in Card → Top Up — it depends on availability and not every token may appear. We model this as dynamic asset support rather than a hard-coded USDT/USDC list.
Fees (verified Aug 2026)
0% crypto conversion on card spend; ATM 2% above monthly free allowance (€200–€1,000 depending on tier); debit/credit top-up 1%; inactivity €5/mo after 12 months (€6 from Oct 2026). FX: Midnight pays 0.2% on non-EUR within EU/UK and 2% outside; higher tiers have outside-EU allowances from Oct 2026.
Available countries
Crypto.com lists Spain, Portugal, Germany and other EEA markets for the prepaid Visa card. Residential address in Europe required per official EU documentation.
